HERE’S JUST A FRACTION OF WHAT YOU’LL LEARN ON
THIS FREE WEBINAR:

The Pattern Profile Shift

The Problem: Every fight, no matter the topic, ends the same way and you can't figure out why.

The Solution: The three reactive roles you snap into (Preacher, Prosecutor, Politician) and the one shift that changes the entire conversation.

→ Melissa, 42: went from weekly blowout arguments to calm, productive conversations in under 30 days.

The Three-Minute Window

The Problem: By the time you're trying to stay calm, it's already too late and you're in another blowup.

The Solution: The exact moment a fight is won or lost, and how to catch it before your body takes over.

→ David, 51: stopped escalating conflict with his wife and rebuilt emotional safety in 6 weeks.

The Repair Protocol

The Problem: Years of unresolved hurt that gets dragged into every new argument.

The Solution: How to clean up after a fight so it stops piling up, including apologies that actually work.

→ Karen, 58: repaired years of emotional distance and restored daily connection with her husband in 8 weeks.

Check YES if any of these describe you:

☐ Yes, I've tried talking it out, staying calm, maybe even counseling, and nothing has stuck.

☐ Yes, we feel more like roommates than partners and I don't know how to bring it up without a fight.

☐ Yes, I'm ready to take a step even if my spouse isn't ready yet.

☐ Yes, I want a real method, not more communication tips that don't last.

ABOUT YOUR HOST

I'm Tom Whitesel, and I help married couples stop having the same fight and feel like a team again.

On paper, I'm a Gottman-certified marriage counselor and an ordained pastor of 43 years, with nearly 100 five-star reviews and over 40 years sitting across from couples.

But here's the thing. I didn't always have this figured out. Early in my own marriage, I was bad at conflict. I had to decide to learn this, on purpose, or I was going to lose what mattered most to me. The method I teach is the one I built to save my own marriage first.

Married 45 years now. That's longer than most of my clients have been alive.

I'm also a man, which matters more than it should in this work. Most husbands don't feel safe in a counselor's office because it turns into a room where they're the problem. That's not how I work. Nobody gets ganged up on in my room.

What I believe: communication was never your problem. The problem is who you turn into in the first three minutes. Fix that, and everything changes.

Show Up Live and Get The Yellow Lights & Sixty-Minute Timeout Toolkit ($97 value… yours free)

Stay with me to the end of the workshop and you’ll walk away with the same printable toolkit my private clients use at home…

•   The Yellow Lights checklist (the 7 early warning signs of escalation that almost every couple misses)

•   The Sixty-Minute Timeout Script (exactly what to say when you need to step away without making it worse)

•   The Re-Entry Sentence Bank (the 12 sentences that turn a timeout into a real repair conversation)

This bonus is only released at the very end of the live workshop. There is no replay version. If you want it, you’ll want to be on the call.

If you’ve read this far, you already know the next argument is coming. The only question is whether you’ll handle it the same way you handled the last one… or with three new tools.
